You are sounding like you have commen sense since you understand OA. Just know that u don't have to know it to be a coach. I had no idea my first few years and always when I read the problem the first 10 times I still wonder if I get it or not. Just try and you never know what can happen. Never give up even if it feels like you will never finish or if it feels like you are on the wrong track. Your teams sounds like they are excited and ready to learn. Just go with it.
