From my understanding, the team member will go about testing the structure for qualifications. Once something is passed, I do not believe it can be checked again unless there is something wrong with the structure in which you have to chnage it to meet specifications. I don't think that there is any specific order that the judges follow.. and I'm pretty sure that the rules say nothing about this.
